DESCRIPTION

SEMITECH 500 NANO is a heavy-duty, semi-synthetic sawing fluid. for Formulated modern manufacturing and harder materials, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, stainless, and titanium this high performance fluid machines various ferrous alloys. ferrous and non SEMITECH 500 NANO's advanced formula contains a extreme pressure lubrication package which delivers lubrication across a range of temperatures, pressures, and cutting speeds. The base of this lubrication package is a stabilized nanoparticle which during high temperature and pressure operations will impinge between the tooling and the workpiece providing a consistent barrier of lubrication and friction reduction.

SEMITECH 500 NANO is a concentrated product designed to be diluted with water prior to sawing. In general we always recommend starting at an 8-10% concentration of SEMITECH 500 NANO to water.
