DESCRIPTION

SOLTECH 703 EP is a high performance, soluble, metal removal fluid. Designed for versatility, SOLTECH 703 EP excels at machining and grinding aluminum, HRSS, high chromium and nickel alloyed steel, Inconel, titanium, tool steel, yellow metals and magnesium. Its formulation is based on new technology that maintains superior bio stability. SOLTECH 703 EP is an ultra low foaming, low odor, high lubricity, hard water emulsion stable fluid. It has excellent cleanability and tramp oil rejection. This product uses a balanced combination of natural and synthetic esters and extreme pressure additives for enhanced lubricity.

APPLICATION

The typical dilution for SOLTECH 703 EP is 10.0%. Depending on the operation severity and workpiece composition, optimal concentration may vary. Always add coolant to water.

 

Typical concentrations:

  • Grinding (4-6%)

  • Machining (8-10%)

  • Tapping & Broaching (10% to 15%).
