CLEAN LUBE ULTRA

DESCRIPTION

CLEAN LUBE ULTRA is an ultra heavy-duty micro-lubrication, spray mist and MQL machining fluid. CLEAN LUBE ULTRA is designed to have excellent lubrication values and a high smoke point for machining of hardened alloys such as tool steels, stainless, and Inconel. It is not recommended on sensitive non-ferrous alloys such as copper, brass, and aluminum. CLEAN LUBE ULTRA contains a high-purity synthetic base oil and a balanced package of extreme pressure and anti-friction additives. Provides active lubrication at 1200 – 1600°F protecting blades and promoting a precision part finish.

APPLICATION

CLEAN LUBE ULTRA is a minimum quantity lubricant and should be used in its delivered, concentrate form. For optimal performance, CLEAN LUBE ULTRA should be kept clean and dry.

TOXICITY & HANDLING

CLEAN LUBE ULTRA is safe to handle in its delivered form. Exercise care consistent with good industrial practices.
